yes, I was hoping against hope Federer would lose. I love the way he plays, but I think he could be a little nicer of a person. Nadal however is a class act and I love him.

I'm the scrawny, geeky musician. However, I still obsess (you don't know the meaning of the word yet) with baseball. And during the fall I like football a lot (which exists to pass time between baseball seasons.
But, in case you haven't guessed, I don't play sports at all.

Nen is the biggest Boston Red Sox fan I know ;-)
I'm weird with sports. I played soccer and liked it. I also like ultimate frisbee and volleyball. Pretty much all other sports I don't like or I'm not good at.
Who was satisfied with the outcome of the world cup? My brother has an Italy soccer team shirt. I can probably guess Nen (LilyJ) wanted France to win, but maybe not.

LOL. My town is made up of Italians, so I can't complain either. I am related to some French people, however. My aunt is French, and my cousin's cousin's live in France.

Oh yeah, biking!! Almost forgot about that. Our family bikes a lot. I used to like it, but its getting old. Clarification: I LOVE biking with my cousins and just around, but when you go somewhere to bike I think it is a little boring. Anyway...

You know, you can talk about it, it's okay, you odn't have to go to such desperate measures as... Yankee... fandom. *sob* I'll be here for you!!!! As for the world cup - well, I naturally ahted Italy from the moment they beat Germany, but France has always been my second favorite team, anywayz. Probably 'cause my aunt and her family are french. And btw, I LOVED it when Zidane headbutted that *ahem... idiot* Matterrazzi (he's quite a loose cannon, from what I've seen - he sooo had that coming!). Apparrently I'm the oddball here.

HeartOfGold, I don't play sports on teams much. I'm to bad and I'd embarras myself. What instrument to you play? I'm a piano/flute/classical guitar person.
Okay, so we went to play soccer with friends last night, and I go to do a penalty kick and I got grass stain all over the pants I'd just washed that morning. The stain still hasn't come out yet. And I have like 20 bruises all over me from being a goalee while people kicked over-inflated soccer balls straight at me.
The Zadane head-butt was something else. I didn't see it in the game, but I saw videos of it afterwards. *goes off singing "One Goal...*

Awesome!!!! I love it when we can get a 4 on 4 game going. The biggest we had was a 6 on 6, but I don't think we'll get one of those again.
We play at this college's field, and every now and then they move the goals so we have to drag em out of the woods. It's funny. We're just waiting to see what they are going to do when they find we keep moving them back :-)

Who do people root for in football? I really don't care, but my church is full of Steelers fans, so I usually root for them.
