Hey, and I gotta give kudos to Armanys Browns. They did a good thing by shutting out the Dolphins.

The Chiefs crushed the Texans 45-17! KC plays NE next. The Chiefs don't have a large chance anymore of winning the AFC West but we can still get a wildcard into the playoffs!

Hey, and I gotta give kudos to Armanys Browns. They did a good thing by shutting out the Dolphins. That sure was somethin', huh? Blanking an NFL team is pretty rare. The Browns, however, behind the rushing of RB Reuben Droughns (166 yds., 1 TD) and the breakout game of WR Braylon Edwards (#3 pick in the last draft, 6 catches, 90 yds.), were able to shut out the Miami Dolphins 22-0. A stout defense also led the way, limiting Miami's potent RB-duo of Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams and forcing Miami's starting QB to have only 14 YARDS!!!!!! Indy also beat a good Bengals team at Cincy, 50-something to 40-something. Atlanta and Mike Vick got beat by the Bucs, too. How about Ohio State?! The Buckeyes beat archrival Michigan 25-21 with a heroic effort from QB Troy Smith, leading the Bucks to a comeback win over the Wolverines. Get this: Smith has +700 all-purpose yards (rushing + passing yards) in his two games against Michigan this year and last. Talk about that for stepping up in a big game against a rival. Ohio State, BTW, beat Michigan in their own house!

Yeah, Denver's kind of running away with that division. KC had two very good RB's, Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson, before Holmes got injured. He's out for the rest of the season. The Chiefs are still pretty good, though, and do probably have a good shot at making the playoffs.

LOL, Armany, the first post by you sounded like a newspaper clipping! (no offence None taken. ;D While I was typing it, I kind of did realize that it sounded more like something out of the NY Times than something that you would expect in a conversation.

hehe sometimes we get carried away LOL yeah. it was good of the browns to beat the dolphins. they're in our division, so that helped the bills abit, even though we lost big time..... .... GO chiefs!!!! beat NE. the bills need it to help their standing.... not that they'de go to the playoffs though (sigh).. they're 0-5 on the road

You know, its weird to have a message board where it would appear that half the people are Chiefs fans (don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Chiefs fan).
Larry Johnson's a better RB that Prest Holmes anyway.
Oh, and it doesn't matter if they get in the playoffs, 'cause there gonna get creamed in the first round.

Hey, my ORU Golden Eagles basketball team SLAUGHTERED the USC Trojans (yes, THE USC). I believe it was 68-48!!!! It was even on ESPN 2. Tomorrow, ORU will play either Marquette or Eastern Washington (depending on the result of their game) in the Great Alaskan Shootout tournament. For all of you who have never heard of ORU, you shall.....you shall...

Dallas/Denver was a good game. ATL/Detroit was just a case of one team feasting upon another.
May I ask why they even let Detroit play on Thanksgiving?

The Browns lost to the Vikings by a big margin, a week after shutting out the Dolphins. It's amazing what a roller coaster ride some of us take in following our teams!
