The Constitution of 0000000000 Christian Teens

Passed by a vote of 15-0 on January 18, 2005

We the Nations of 0000000000 Christian Teens in order to form a more God-honoring region, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Freedom to ourselves and all the nations who join our region in the future.

ARTICLE I
Section 1: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in the Nations. And each Nation, save the President and the Vice President, shall have one vote. However should the vote be equally divided, the Vice President shall possess the right to cast one vote.

Section 2: All the Nations in the region as a body shall have the authority to request regional declarations of war, and to raise and support a regional army, and to vote for rules for the government and regulation of the regional sea, air and land forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of 0000000000 Christian Teens, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by the President and Secretary of Defense.

Section 3: No Nation, regardless of government status, shall be above the Rules.
All Nations are created equal and shall have no slavery of any kind.

Section 4: The President, Delegate and Founder of 0000000000 Christian Teens shall reserve the right to start an ejection of any nation that uses profane language, and or obscene and offensive language. The three Nations that are voted upon during Presidential Campaigns have the duty of voting on the ejection that the President, Delegate and Founder of 0000000000 Christian Teens have appointed.
There shall be three Nations called the Council of Law and will vote on possible ejections and for the possibility of war. These three Nations when voting must keep all discussions to the thread given just to them in the regional message board.
These Nations shall be voted upon during the election of the President.

ARTICLE II

Section 1: All the Nations have the right to vote for President or any other issues or matters involving 0000000000 Christian Teens.
In case of a tie for President occurs the Founder and Delegate of 0000000000 Christian Teens will decide. If the Founder and Delegate still disagree after one week of debate the Founder will have the deciding vote.
In case of a tie for the Council of Law the Founder will decide.

Section 2: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the 0000000000 Christian Teens Region. He shall hold his office for a term of four months, together with the Vice President, chosen by the President for the same term. A President may serve for no more than two terms. The qualifications for any Nation running for president shall be as follows.

1. Any Nation running for the office of President shall have a population at or above 85 million. So as to ensure that the candidate has a certain degree of experience in Nation States.
2. The Nation shall be dedicated to governing 0000000000 Christian Teens according to the principals upon which it was founded, and shall be devoted to ensuring that 0000000000 Christian Teens is a Region that gives all Honor and Glory to the Lord.

3. Before executing his office the President must be willing to take the following oath of affirmation- "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President 0000000000 Christian Teens, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of 0000000000 Christian Teens."
4. The Vice – President will become President if the President is impeached, resigns, or ceases to exist. He will then automatically assume all powers of President.
5. The 0000000000 Christian Teens Delegate and Founder are not permitted to run for office as President, Vice – President or the Council of Law.

Section 3: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Regional Army, Navy and Air Force of 0000000000 Christian Teens, when called into the actual Service of the 0000000000 Christian Teens; he or she may require the Opinion of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he or she shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against 0000000000 Christian Teens, except in cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the other Nations in the Region, to make Treaties, nominate different Nations as Heads of Departments, and appoint Ambassadors, And to declare war.

Section 4: He shall from time to time give to the Nations Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; and he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of 0000000000 Christian Teens.

Section 5: The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of 0000000000 Christian Teens,
shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

ARTICLE III
Amendments to the Constitution must be accepted by the majority of the members of 0000000000 Christian Teens, then passed to the Council of Law, the President, Founder, and Delegate where the Amendment will be voted upon.

ARTICLE IV
The Lord Jesus Christ, and the teachings which are found in His Word, the Bible; shall always be at the center of all decisions made in the region of 00000000000 Christian Teens.

Amendment #1-Council of Law Terms and Duties

Passed on March 30, 2005 by a vote of 7-1

Proposed By: The Constitutional Monarchy of Siko Michael and The Kingdom of Nolonfinwe

Section 1:
The Council of Law shall be elected by majority vote every four months, in correlation with the election of the president and vice-president.

Section 2:
No term limit shall be levied on the Council of Law.

Section 3:
The Council of Law shall serve as the highest judiciary body of the region. As such, they shall decide in all cases on the ejection of a nation from the region.

Section 4:
The Council of Law shall have primary jurisdiction over any case involving disputes between the nations, and disputes involving citizens or nations from other regions.

Section 5:
Penalties that the Council of Law may assign include suspension of political rights, voting rights, ejection from region and banishment, suspension or deletion from the Christian Teens forum. The Council of Law shall also be responsible for ruling on issues of constitutionality.

Amendment #2-Primary Elections

Passed on March 30, 2005 by a vote of 7-0

Proposed by: The Kingdom of Nolonfinwe

Whenever more than three persons are running for the office of President of 00000000000Christian Teens, a primary election shall be held no less than two weeks and no more than six weeks prior to the general election.

In this election, candidates must demonstrate an ability to recieve at least four votes besides their own. Those candidates that cannot accomplish this will be disqualified from continuing in the race. If their are less than two candidates who pass the primary, then the top two must be taken. If their is a tie for this, then a second primary must be held within a week between those tied for this position.

In no case may the number of candidates be limited except by their ability to recieve four votes besides their own in the primary election.

Amendment #3-Electoral Rights and Responsiblities

Passed on April 1, 2005 by a vote of 9-0

Proposed By: The Federative Commonwealth of Armany

Section 1: The Nations of 0000000000 Christian Teens shall not be denied the right to vote for regional officers, pieces of legislation, or any other subjects so deemed neccessary by the regional government and/or by consensus of the active members of the afore said region.

Section 2: Each Nation in the region is hereby granted the right to vote, with conditions:

-It is amended that those nations that do vote shall be held responsible to only vote with one of the nations that they may control that reside in 0000000000 Christian Teens.

-It is amended that nations that do vote with any one or more nations that excede the allowance of one voting nation, then they shall be held responsible for their actions and shall stand before the Council of Law to account for those actions, with the possible sentencing of ejection or any lower punishment to be administered through the proper channels.

Section 3: These amendments take precedence in the administration and prosecution of the laws of 0000000000 Christian Teens over any previous statutes or precedents found in previous documents of law.

Amendment #4

Section 1
If, at any time, it is necessary or expedient to peacefully accquire a region to be used as a territory or a military base it shall be done as follows:

* If a region is given to 0000000000 Christian Teens, it can be accepted by a majority vote on the MB.

* If CT wishes to accquire a region, it must be agreed by whatever system the other region sees fit, and by a majority vote on the MB.
All regions of Christian Teens will be under CT militaristic protection, will be governed by the President and other government officials of CT, must accept the Council of Law as its judiciary body, are granted rights onto this MB, and are subject to password protection or any other means of immigration control.

Section 2
The Founder of the territory region will act as the "governor" of the region, but will be subject to orders from the Founder or President of Christian Teens. The Governor will have control over the World Factbook Entry of his/her region unless any questionable material is put on there, then the Governor will subject his/her region to being removed from Christian Teens (which will be decided by a vote on the MB, or, if matters of regional security or invasion are involved, will be decided by the Council of Law.)

Section 3
If the territory region has a United Nations Delegate, that Delegate will be under the jurisdiction of the Delegate of Christian Teens. Meaning, that he/she will be reffered to as a territorial Delegate.

Section 4
The right for any nation in a territory of Christian Teens to run for office or vote shall be granted, IF, upon the initial approval of the region (as mentioned in Section 1,) the region is granted that right by the nations of CT that vote on the MB. If the region is not granted that right, the matter can be put to another vote of the nations that reside in the region 0000000000 CHRISTIAN TEENS (excluding territories) and if it is granted to them at that time, then any nation in that territory can run for office or vote.
