lol, dunnno, it's an Oklahoma thing...you can't live in Tulsa, have a good life, and love the yanks all at the same time. We're very passionate about our Cardinals, Royals, and Cubbies. ;D

r you tired of them winning all the time? I know some people that don't like the yanks cause they're tired of the yankees winning all the time. I guess they say it isn't fair because they say the yankees have more money than other teams so they get better players.  its not like that in football.-but personally, i dont see how having money has helped the yankees. their pitching stinks most of the time. they pull out guys from the bullpen that i've never even heard mentioned bfore!!!hehe |

The Yankees by their teams. They and the Red Sox have disgusting payrolls. It just isn't fair that they have that much bargaining power in free agency!

No, my Bills won't be there either  I liked the Chiefs for the AFC Chamionship but now I'm not so sure.....they really got pounded on in Denver yesterday night. |

prolly the steelers, patriots,eagles, falcons,and colts will make it. mabey. theres normally acouple surprise teams that sneak in too- (bills.....bills,.....hope, hope..iwish.....:)lol

I think that there is a great void in the AFC now that the Patriots are crumbling (as it seems now that they have lost DB Rodney Harrison). I like the Indianapolis Colts, who are playing good defense, taking on the upstart Cincinnati Bengals, who are a black horse team but are really looking like an offensive juggernaut.
In the NFC, I dunno. I'll go out on a limb and say that Dallas plays Chicago for the NFC title, with Chicago winning and taking on another Cinderella team, Cincy.
In my gut, though, I'm pulling for the Pats to find themselves and make it three in a row. I like the Browns, but they aren't going to the playoffs, and I don't underestimate Tom Brady and Bill Belicheck in NE.

How about NCAA Football champions? I'm going to have to say that USC, going undefeated, will get to the Rose Bowl, facing an Ohio State team that goes undefeated the rest of the season (coupled with losses by everyone ahead of them LOL).
That probably won't happen, but it never hurt to dream, did it?

Yeah, Flo State looks pretty good this year...so do the Bengals. No Oklahoma this year... ....they're doing HORRIBLY this year. BTW, the University of Tulsa is #1 in C-USA now since they beat Memphis. They're gong to play Southern Miss. this Saturday, and I get to go to the game! ;D |

Cool! Yeah, I'm gonna say USC goes to the Rose Bowl against who I don't know though. The Bears and Bengals....that's going out on a limb!!!! I don't think Chicago will make it to the playoffs and as for the Bengals, they are good but I can't see them beating teams like Indy and NE.

i think the patriots will make it to the playoffs, but i'm not sure if they'll go any farther than that. since they lost Romeo Crennel and Charlie Weis and some key players, i'm not sure if they'll be able to pull another SB off.
in the NCAA....... i've always liked the Gaters. i hope they do well -and LSU

LSU is probably done now that they lost to Tennessee. There's still a chance, since Tenn. is a good team and it is pretty early in the season, but I don't think they'll play for the BCS Chmapionship. They'll definitely get a BCS Bowl game, though, IMO.
