Whoa! There have been a ton of posts since yesterday. I'll try to keep up with everything here.
TD:
Oh, I had no clue that ORU was even on the sports map. Like I said, I'd never heard of them, and I am not really interested in NCAA Baseball or Basketball, although I play baseball myself.

Yeah, so I heard about Jason White. Yes, Matt Leinhart of USC is better than him, but he won't be in the NFL until next year's draft, where he'll undoubtedly go #1 overall.
Gebreria:
I utterly despise the Yankees. They're doing worse than my Indians to start this season off. ;D
Ben Roethlisberger better than Matt Leinhart? I don't think so. Benny Boy was a product of his team, which was good last year, not of his own extraordinary talent, IMHO. You can't tell me that he would have done the same thing with the Titans or Browns. He was a rookie. He did perform well last year, but I look for a drop-off now that the Stinker Steelers have lost some key players.

Well, I agree with you on Hillary Clinton  But you're right, I only like the Yankees because they're from NY and they always win.......at least they used too. don't know why they've been so bad this year. Actually, my favorite baseball team is the Rochester red wings but I doubt Neone has ever heard of them. |

Actually, my favorite baseball team is the Rochester red wings but I doubt Neone has ever heard of them. Actually, I have heard of them, Gebreria. They're a minor-league team of the Orioles or some other team at the AAA-level. Not quite sure which team they're a farm team of, though. |

Even though this wasn't directed towards me, I'll weigh in on it.  Yeah, this was a shocker. Pena was just two years removed from being AL Manager of the Year. The KC Royals are awful, though, so I can see why he'd want out of there. |

I find it funny that everyone is a Red Sox fan now, since they won the World Series. I mean, I knew zero fans before and now it seems like EVERYBODY is!!! (I know it's not true but it seems like that.)

to all you in MO, have you ever heard of a hockey team (in the minor leagues.) called the MO River Otters? I saw them play once at a game in MI. (They won.They seemed pretty good.)
