I lost my file folder with ALL my important papers in it. ALL of them! I accidentally left them in class, but when I went back, I couldn't find them. PLEASE pray that either they are found and returned to me, or that they're returned to the lost and found. I am sooooo upset! Nothing has gone right this week! 1. Penguin drowned.  2. Car broke.  3. School is getting harder.  4. Lost file folder....    Ok, in a list like this, it doesn't look that horrible, I guess, but still! I just wanna go cry. |

I am praying for you Brittany!!! I know the first thing on your list would be more than enough to make me cry, and I don't blame you for wanting to. God knows where your folder is, and I know he will get it back to you somehow, someway.
And if there's anything else I can do, let me know. For the millioneth time, we need to get together soon!!!

Not a real Penguin. My cat's name was Penguin, and she drowned.
And yes, she stole my sanity. I find myself blindingly, horribly sane, and I hate it. This world is a cold, dirty place, with too much water, not enough air. I want her back so badly, and I keep thinking I see her, or I go to the store and pick up a toy or something for her, but then I remember seeing all that water coming out of her, and...
Nevermind.

Awww man, I hate it when stuff all happens at once! Just remember, I know it seems like way too much right now, but it's making you stronger. My friend Becky's mom calls it "defining moments." (Granted, she was talking about track, but it does apply to life.) You have to keep in mind that a) things coulsd always get worse, and b) things will eventually get better, and when they do, you'll appreciate it more.
I'll continue to pray for you! Not only have you had tough things happen, but it's definately a tough time for you, starting college and everything. As long as you remember Who's on your side, you're all set.
(Nen is in Sunday School Teacher mode).
