I had been having trouble for 5 long horrible years with mas*****tion. I just unknowingly started it when I was 10 and have been doing it ever since. But I am happy to say that as of september 05, I have quit it entirely and I would just like to say to others out there that I am an example that those things can be conquered through God.

i went threw the same thing for a year hooked on video pictures and then was able to get off it
there is no shame guest im so proud of you!

The only way to overcome temptation is to believe in God and ask for his help. I think all of us need help with something. We all need to pray for each other.
