Yes, this stuff is VERY powerful and it is an absolute MUST to get out of your life! My advice would be to spend more time in God's word....meditating on the scriptures, etc... the more you read about and think about God the more he will become present in your life. Memeorizing verses really helps too! I pray that God will help you!

Quite right Geberia.
And telling other people is a powerful tool against this sort of thing. Telling us was a good first step, but holding yourself accountable to someone you know personally is much better. If you have someone you would trust completely but is not close emotionally (youth pastor, etc.), then you could promise to tell them exactly what you did since you last saw them. That compulsion would be a great help, for the Bible says "two are better than one." But Geberia is right; filling your mind with God and His teachings will help you immeasurably. God bless you and I pray you will come out of this dilemma.

A few verses:
1 Corinthians 10:13 - "No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."
"James 4: 7 - Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
"Ephesians 6:11-18 - Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests."

Romans 6:13, "Neither yield ye your members as instruments (tools, in other words) of unrightgeousness unto sin: but yeild yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your intruments of rightgeousness unto God." Another thing that might help you is instead of going to those porn sites hang out with us cool people here! LOL

oops, I'm sorry I had a misquote on the verse I gave you...the last part goes, " as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of rightgeousness unto God."

Yeah, I have a lot of friends who are going through or have gone through that kind of stuff. But yeah, really get into God's word. It can reallly help you. Oh and try to hang out w/ Christian friends, if you can. Just remember, you are a soldier in God's army, and of course the devil wants you to stumble and give into sin. A good verse is James 4:7, "...Resist the devil and he will flee from you." I'll be praying for you.
