Please pray that my cat will have comfort throughout today and that, if it is the Lord's will, that he will improve health-wise immediately. He is scheduled to be put to sleep this afternoon. He had fluid leaking into his body because his liver was not working properly. My cat may have cancer, it may have some other illness, we don't know, but he's doing very poorly and is going to be put to sleep in a matter of hours.

Aww, that's so sad! I'll be praying that your cat gets better or that it will go quickly and painlessly.

Thanks, Gebreria.
Unfortuantely, my cat did not improve, and we ended up taking him to be put to sleep. Fortunately, he went painlessly. Although it was sad, he's better off now that he's out of pain.

Man, I'm realllly sorry. I know how that feels. About 6 months ago, we had a cat that had fluids in her lungs, and we had to put her to sleep. It was sooooooo sad. I'll be prayin' for ya.

Will you be getting a new cat to take its place, Armany?

Thanks, everybody. I appreciate it.
No, we won't be getting another cat as a replacement, Gebreria. We still have a dog that we'll hopefully have for many years to come, but this cat will be our last one. To be honest, I like dogs better than cats, and my mom is allergic to them, so this last cat is going to be it for us. I still really liked my cat and I miss him now that he's dead.
Putting a cat to sleep is hard, as I now know. Thanks for the prayers, everyone.
