Oh, but I hate this debate. It's cost me some personal pain in my life.

I will say this once, and then not speak again.

A Christian is a Christian. There are differences on extranous details, but the core beliefs are the same for Christians everywhere. Without those core beliefs, no you are not a Christian.

There is diversity in all living things- with one common element- carbon.

There is diversity in all humans- but we all bleed the same color.

There is diversity in the church- but we all believe in one person, or rather three- God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

God is a God of diversity. He sees all Christians as his children. The divisions are made by us.

Prayer

Good Lord in heaven,
Look down on us now,
Take pity on those
With a hard row to plow.
Listen, please, as we tell our woes.
Heal our broken hearts,
Help us to forgive
(seventy times seven)
Teach us to live.
Thank you, father, for life,
For my home, my child, my wife.

Well, as we have - and will - debated this in the Christianity&Catholicism thread, I don't think the Pope's infallible. All people who are true Christians (in the sight of God) believe the same fundamentals. But in the other issues we can differ without having to worry about losing our salvation. Wait, this is getting to be a repetitious statement...

Well, we could take it to the Christianity/Catholicism thread, we're running a little short on topics over there...

	Never digress from the topic of your sentence too much. I had an uncle who always used to do that and it was very annoying. He lived in a log cabin in Massachusetts and he owned a white horse named Shark, which was coincidentally also the name of the Ohio-class submarine that sunk the Pharaoh in 1942...
