Yup. The Milosevich trials were in a world court (I think the Hauge.) World courts take FOREVER....
However, I think the Iraqis will want to get rid of Saddam sooner than that. Saddam's co-defendant's lawyer was kidnapped today, so I wouldn't doubt if someone just took the law in their own hands and killed the butcher himself.

I can imagine something like that happening. Saddam is hated, and justly too, by seemingly the whole population. I have a feeling he is going to be killed in whatever fashion, be it execution or murder.

it's not just that but he was their ruler, their "king" if u will. people will put aside the bad things people have done if they love you.
It's the same as God has done for us. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but He still loves us with all of His heart.

no he wasn't the greatest guy, but he shouldn't just be barred off as the "Worst Person Ever." God loves him the same as you and me....scary thought

Sadly, I had a massive debate with one of my friends who believed God hated Hitler. None of us would relent in our views.
Hitler might not be the "Worst person ever", but he has probably commited some of the greatest maginitude of crimes ever. Some people may not be thought of as evil, but when power comes into their hands they wield it lethally. I am sure there are some other people like that around the world who still live today. But we must pray that they all will turn to God.

This is true and a continual reminder that we all as Christians should be praying each and everyday for one another and the people around us.

Some Iraqis get paid by him that would be the only reason that they like him

I wouldn't exactly love and support someone for the reason that they simply did me favours and gave me money. Maybe they felt some obligation to return his favours. Or also, it could be the work of the Iraqi propaganda...

the postwar rebuilding of the Iraq government is making progress way faster then any other country rebuilding iv ever heard of took Germany alot longer to get on its feat and they had the Soviet union trying to starve half of um
but the War on Terrorism will never end its like the saying of war on crime its never going to be won only till Christ comes back will peace come
the best way to lower Terrorism is to get the cooperation of country's that are allowing them to operate from there country
mainly
Iran Yemen Saudi Arabia Syria Jordan Ethiopia Egypt united Arab emirates
i think we should stay atleast 5 years longer till the Iraq military can handle its own country and Iraq will most likely deal with large Terrorism for decades to come

war on terrorism....haha, its another stupid oxymoron. u can't fight terrorisim, it's a feeling, it comes from the inside. what better way to aggravate hatred than to show a bunch of civilians their own towns getting ripped up?

I don't understand your logic. A feeling bombed the World Trade Towers? A feeling is to blame for the London bombings? Terrorism is much more than a feeling. A feeling can't kill people.

Maybe what he's saying is that there will always be fanatics who want to destroy the West. It can't be destroyed because it's a general movement, not a concentrated force. Not to say that nothing can be done about it, though.

Not to say that nothing can be done about it, though. Yes we can never defeat terrorism completely but that doesn't mean we shouldn't weaken them as much as possible. There's always going to be racism but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do something to try and stop it. There was a Nazi rally in Ohio somewhere so we didn't rid the world of Nazism. Does that mean we shouldn't have opposed Hitler and the Nazi party? Mizzou will always have better sports teams then KU and OU but does that mean that OU and KU should give up? (Couldn't resist that one sorry! ;D)

whoa, are colleges actually considered serious games in america? i wouldn't know, since here all sports teams originally began with regions, but now its just who you can get with the money you have
btw im not aginst trying to destroy terrorist groups, just i think a lot of love and reaching out is needed to stop terrorism.
the london bombings were caused by home grown terrorists, which means people living in london who went nuts at the system. most likely this is because of the racial sterotypes and hatred prevalent in these societies. love is needed to prevent this and stop it getting out of hand, but once it gets serious, im not against governmental interference, as long as it doesn't hurt any people in the surrounding regions.

There is a France-wide riot of youths mainly from North Africa and are Muslim, killing and burning everything in their way. Go to www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9891709/ to view the whole story.
