Funny... I think I'd have more fun chanting Latin then being at a rock concert... LOL.
Concerning Methodist's 'wobbliness'... what 'hard-core' biblical truths do they ignore?

I'll have to agree that Latin Mass is fun (I've done it) but give me a guitar ANY day of the week. I've already made the mistake of lumping ALL Methodists into one circle. I know that not all Methodist churches are wobbly, but the ones I have been in are. I think that the biblical truths of: "Accept Jesus or go to Hell" or "When you accept the annointing of the Holy Spirit and you will speak in tongues" or "Repent of your sins and be saved" should be preached and not just "be a good person" as the Methodists like to babble. Yes, being a good person is great, but not all there is to it.

Yes, being a good person is great, but not all there is to it. Well, that seems to be a growing trend in most churches, regardless of denomination. There is growing pressure on religious groups to stop being so 'intolerant' and whatnot... *grumble grumble* So... You ever speak in tounges? Catholics can be Charismatics, although it is not a necessary.

TheCatholic,
Yes! I have! Recently I began to speak in tongues after I (with the help of MUCH prayer) accepted the annointing of the Holy Spirit. (Catoepia and I prayed a LOT so that I could be given that gift.)
It's an AMAZING feeling! You feel so much closer to God and you can feel Him standing beside you.
A good example of God's great power:
One day, Catoepia (who is another member of this forum, FYI) and I were chatting online. We both were feeling REAAALLY down on life and were praying that God give us the strength to "keep trucking." At the EXACT same moment, God came down and gave us His strength and began speaking to us......He said the same thing to both of us....it was soooooo amazing!

Hi The Catholic and welcome to CHristian teens forums. What I meant by blashphamous was that the Saints are dead and not among us like TD clearly explained. The Catholic, it's not asked of in any denominaation. Although there are some that are against it. Like BAptists, probably Lutherans. I'm Pentecostal. Which is obvious in some threads on here.
