It's just the market, cause of the volatile nature of where the oil is located (Middle East and Brazil) that prices are up. Bush has no control over it. Unless he were to take over a oil producing country, then we would have all the oil we need. Hmmmmm...not such a bad idea....

Wait a second, bush did take over a oil producing nation, iraq. Iraqs oil production is miniscule compared to other ME countries, and we didnt take it over, it still belongs to Iraq...
