As my signature says, Christian, God is the one who keeps you going. From your own testimony, he has kept you alive many times. Why? Because he loves you and he wants to use you in some way. Look for opportunities to serve him. Oh, and have you ever taken a missions trip? If not, I recommend it 
There's such a need in the world of missions for people to teach kids or just help around orphanages and stuff. And once you help others, it gets your mind off yourself and your problems.
