About Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, never seen it or read it. Although, I did hear that supposedly there was some sort of comic (or something) that was part of the general idea. In it, there was a group of people who created a machine to figure out the answer to the universe. After about 2 thousand yrs or so, the machine had an answer, 47. So, these people then had to build another machine to figure out the significance of the number 47.
This is just what I'd heard, nothing more.
