6:30- Wake up 6:50- watch history and English 7:50- eat something 8:00- do math 9:00- do biology 9:30- work on assignments 10:00- piano practice 10:50- post on Sound-Out 11:30- pack bags for afternoon 12:00- eat lunch
get whatever I can done till 1:20 1:20-piano lesson 2:30-leave Cheryl's for the Y 2:45- homeschool gym 4:00- take shower at Y 4:30- get home
till 6:00- change clothes, make dinner, eat dinner 6:00-be at H.'s house 6:30- riding lesson 8:00- get home
That is why they kill me :-D

That sounds awesome!!! I wish I could to gym and ride all in the same day!!! Okay, so the getting up early part stinks... and the school work stinks... but other than that.....

I had vanilla ice cream today. And vanilla cake with raspberry filling. Has anyone else had vanilla cake with raspberry pudding? Tidbit for Nen: The reason we had vanilla cake was that they were saving the chocolate cake for the relatives

Go ahead and hurl, then keep running. lol No, seriously - you may be pushing youself too hard. Either slow down and up the distance a little bit, or cut down on distance. It depends on what you're running for. If it's to stay in shape, then the idea behind it is simply aerobic excercise, which is triggered as long as you've been moving for about two minutes... improving your aerobic capablitites happens by keeping your heartbeat over a certain rate for increasign amounts of time, and you can do that just by jogging. If you're working for strength and speed, however, you may wanna try to segment your workout more - say, 100 yd. sprint, 100 yd. light jog, 200 yd. sprint, etc. You still get the cardio workout, but you're also depending more on your anaerobic system. WAAAAY too much of a point! I'm contemplating creating a shrine in my room for apple pie.... (Agh, but NO, then I would crave it even more!!!!!!!!!!!) Hats off to giant purple teddy bears!!!!!
