I started reading the kids series years ago and I just kept reading. The books are great and I liked them all. The last few in the series were great! It takes a while to read them all because there are 40 books in the series.

I've never read any of the kids series, although I've read the whole main series. Have you?

I just rent my books from the library, so I don't have to invest a fortune in volumes and volumes of stories. ;D

I guess I could sell them on eBay. That is a good idea, if I don't want to keep them.

They library ain't so good around here... you don't get the good ol' classic literature. The best place to get that kind of thing is in those delightful, dusty, English antique stores and bookshops

I like the newer books about sci-fi and mysteries. I would like to read Tom Clancey's Splinter Cell.

I suppose Tom Clancy is a pretty good storywriter.
Has anyone read the new Babylon Rising books bye Tim Lahaye? I've read the first and it was (a) very good (thriller). ;D

i've never read the left behind series, but about the issue of libraries I agree that it's better financially to go to the library, but for me personally there's nothing better but to buy a new book!!!!!

I have read the first two ( Babylon Rising and The Secret on Ararat) and I am working on the just-released third installment, The Europa Conspiracy. They're wonderful books with a good storyline and fast-paced action. My kind of book series! ;D

My mom is reading Bablyon Rising, it looks interesting. I don't really read that many books unless they look spectacular.

I also love the smell of books. I like it when I can pick up a book and just read it throughout the entire day. I also love to look down and see many more pages of the book left whenever I put it down, so that I know that there is still much, much more reading waiting for me!
BTW, anyone ever read the classic Charles thingyens work, Great Expectations? We just read it in our English class, and I loved it. I would highly reccommend it for those who enjoy long books.
