I thank God for foreign exchange students. My best friend goes to college, but the H.'s always get an exchange student, and most of them are girls, so I usually can count on a friend during the school year. God provides!

Aw, I just found this thread now!
I thank God for introducing me to the greatest sport in the world, as well as my way of ministry - namely, TRACK. Not only is it a great way to meet new people and make friends, but because it's an individual sport, your main compatitor is yourself. It's very humbling at times, when yuo don't perform like you'd like to, and those are the times when you really depend on your faith. It's tough at times, and I'm still working on giving every meet, every throw up to God. After all, He introduced me to my life passion - He's the one who will be there with me the whole way!

Wow, I am full to overflowing right now. <i>I just got placed in the Regenerate Our Culture blog network!!!!</i> That means that people from all over can now see when I update my blog on the ROC homepage!!! I'm STOKED!!! I had no idea they were even considering my blog, and then I go and see "Sound Out" and I'm like OMU That's ME!!!! Praise God!! While it might sound like I'm just really happy that people can see my blog, it really isn't that way. It greatly humbles me to be placed alongside blogs like the Rebelution and Agent Tim. I praise God for my friend Mallory, without whom I would never be sitting in a completely re-decorated, re-arranged, and strictly organized room.
I also praise God for Renys, the only store where you can buy four pairs of brand-name pants and four shirts for a total of $80!!!! ;D

I praise God for my coaches, without whom I wouldn't be able to throw very well, not to mention I wouldn't be able to squat 231 lbs, or do any other complicated weight lifting for that matter.... (I would, however, be able to walk normally and lift my arms without pain....  ) |
