It's Christ In Youth. They take teens on missions trips all over the world( I know what of the guys that works there) They also put on a ton of summer conferances for teens.

I think it's just some little "for fun" thing that you can do to give people "karma" points. I.E.- If you don't like somebody (I hope that everyone likes everyone on this CHRISTIAN forum, LOL), then you could smite them.
